2. Right of cancellation/money-back guarantee
We offer you a 14-day money-back guarantee for your first subscription booking. This applies to all of our software subscription plans:
The right of withdrawal starts from the date of initial subscription conclusion and ends after 14 days. Within this period, you can cancel your subscription without giving any reason and receive a full refund.
3. Requirements for withdrawal
The 14-day right of withdrawal applies under the following conditions:
- The right of withdrawal applies to initial subscriptions only (new customers or first booking of a specific plan)
- The subscription must not be active more than 14 days from the date of purchase
- The withdrawal must be submitted in writing (see point 3)
- After 14 days, the right of withdrawal expires
No refund for: Free trials (as no payment has been made), subsequent purchases or upgrades within an existing subscription, subscriptions that last longer than 14 days.
4. How to exercise the withdrawal

Via Paddle (payment service provider): Contact Paddle customer support via the Paddle customer portal linked in your purchase confirmation email.
Required information: Your name and email address, your customer number or the email address under which the account is registered, the name of the subscription plan booked, the date of purchase, a clear statement: “I cancel my subscription”.
5. Refund
The refund is made by Paddle, our payment service provider and merchant of record, processed. Paddle is responsible for processing all refunds.
Timeframe: We'll forward your refund request to Paddle within 3 working days. Paddle will process the refund within 10-15 working days of confirmation. The refund will be transferred to the original payment method.
Amounts refunded: For monthly subscriptions, the entire monthly fee is refunded. For annual subscriptions, the entire annual fee is refunded (if within the 14-day period).
6. Subscription cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No pro rata refunds will be given for the remaining month/year (after the 14-day period has expired).
Difference: Withdrawal is only possible within 14 days with full refund. You can cancel at any time without a refund for the remaining billing period.
7. Exceptions
Since our software is provided as a digital service, the right of withdrawal may be limited in certain cases in accordance with applicable law. The right of withdrawal only applies to the first subscription booking per plan.
